Culture change only happens when a clear understanding of the drivers of behaviour is established. We can help you to analyse the behaviours in place right now –they are often unspoken and sometimes unconscious, and to then carefully consider the right culture for your organisation at this point in time.  The behaviours of leaders have a fundamental impact on organisational culture and we will take time to explore this and clarify the required ways of working before designing approaches to share and embed desired  cultural  outcomes.  We will also want to focus on the expectations and consequences of not engaging with the agreed ways of working.
