Executive Coaching
Jennie supported a female senior director to develop gravitas and influence with strong group of competitive male director colleagues. The Director was short on time to invest in coaching, naturally very accommodating and introvert and not keen to embroil herself in what she perceived as conflict.
The director identified her key issues to address, situations where she wanted to be more assertive and to influence outcomes and the benefits to herself and the organisation from being so. Jennie discussed skills, tools and options for more effectively approaching her interactions with the group and set some specific goals.
Through action planning, reflection and regular conversation the coachee developed comfort and capability to operate more effectively. The Director now plays a key role on the board, provides a calming presence and firmly shares view and influences outcomes with credibility
"Bold and creative .....business focused ... always willing to go the extra mile ...covering corporate and technical training, engagement and culture change, large scale event management and leadership and talent development as well as the development elements of large scale change programmes"
Karen Shepperson, Director of People
