Jennie has 30 years+ experience in people development across, almost all sectors and industries with organisations at all iterations of development. Jennie builds strong influential relationships at Board level and across business with consulting and solution design skills that consistently deliver business benefits.
She has been responsible for leading people development functions as the Head of OD for Ofsted and prior to that, the Head of People Development for a £multi- million retailer . Jennie is experienced in org dev, designing, delivering and coaching development solutions, supporting talent development, and enabling personal performance improvement.
Improgresso was established in 2014 and since then we have been supporting a number of organisations to enhance their performance through strategic planning and the development of people. We work with small local organisations and large national and international businesses to provide expertise and support in a wide range of people development issues.
Jennie is an experienced senior manager and a capable developer of others, with high energy and a challenging and supportive approach who delivers positive changes at Board level and throughout the organisation.
Jennie works with clients to enhance mind set, demonstrate critical behaviours and improve relationships, people performance and business. Passionate about solving issues and delivering effective results utilising commercial awareness, powerful brain friendly development solutions and strong communication.
Jennie has a post graduate diploma in Personnel Development and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development . She is a certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) A licensed user of a range of psychometric profiling products including Myers Briggs (MBTI step I and II), The Good Boss Questionnaire, and FIRO-B. She is an ILM accredited coach and is PTLLs qualified.
